  Sixteen nights in unique First Class or Charming villa hotels and country inns with breakfeast (oftentimes they offer buffets).

Your evening will end with a concert and a hot cup of coffee at a famous caffè.

and mosaic laboratories of Florence to see how the same arts of
the Renaissance are still practiced today.
•  A full day chauffeur driven excursion to "Unknown Tuscany,” including lunch at a typical Tuscan eatery. This tour will be tailored to your specifications. You will be picked up in a luxury vehicle (Mercedes when available) at your hotel and then you will be driven through medieval hill towns, visit private wineries, and Italian cheese manufacturers. You will have the opportunity to taste some of the finest home-made cheeses in Europe. You may also visit olive oil farmers, private palaces, abbeys and many more wonderful places of interest.
•  Return trip and airport transportation.

Optional Activities:
•  Cooking course for half a day in Florence or Venice. You may select your preference of menu and type of regional cuisine, and end the day with a special Italian meal of your own making.
•  Car rental. You always have the choice of renting a car or min-van at any of your destinations to tour the Italian countryside and points of interest.
•  Chauffeured Seaside excursion for a full day on the Tuscan Beaches or Islands of Elba or Giglio.
•  Balloon Ride over Tuscany. What a wonderful way to have a birds' eye view of Tuscan landscape.
